Which browsers are supported?

Chrome, Edge, and Firefox on desktop and mobile work well. Safari supports microphone recording on recent macOS and iOS versions with some format limits.

What format are downloads?

Recordings save as WebM (Opus) or OGG when supported by your browser. Use our online audio converter to export MP3 if needed.

Can I record system or tab audio?

Yes. Enable System / tab audio, click Start Recording, then choose a tab, window, or screen. Turn on Share tab audio or Share system audio in the browser picker when available. You can record mic only, system only, or both mixed together.

Can I reduce background noise?

Yes. Enable Noise suppression before you start. Your browser applies noise filtering to the microphone input when supported.
